The consortium of HPVGuard project consists of five participants, two from the academia and three from the industry.
Four partners are located in the region of Attica and one in the region of Thessaly.
The academic participants include:
- The Department of Cytopathology (DC) of the University of Athens (UoA), Faculty of Medicine and
- The Biomedical Engineering Laboratory (BEL) of the Institute of Communication and Computer Systems (ICCS), National Technical University of Athens (NTUA)
The participant enterprises include:
The consortium is supplemented by two subcontractors
- The University of Piraeus Research Centre (UPRC) to perform the techno-economic study and cost-effectiveness analysis of the proposed HPVGuard system (click here for web site in greek) and
- The company Flowcytogen Laboratories Ltd. (FCG), to perform the design and evaluation of multi-parametric mRNA-Flow-FISH based Cytomics and Bead-array based Methylomics.
